1. Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:

The item must be returned within 45 calendar days of the original purchase date.

Products must be in like-new condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

A copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured, or brought in person to our store or event booth.

Clearance or “final sale” items

Software, download codes, or licenses once opened/activated

Items showing damage, misuse, or excessive wear
3. Return Process

Contact us at info@radiogearheads.com or (218) 358-0208 to request a Return Authorization (RA)
number. -
Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the box.

4. Refund Issuance

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original form of
