At Radio Gearheads, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you purchase a product from us and decide
it’s not right for you, you can return it within 45 days of the purchase date for a full refund to your
original form of payment — no hassles, no hard feelings.

 

1. Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be returned within 45 calendar days of the original purchase date.

  • Products must be in like-new condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

  • A copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

  • Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured, or brought in person to our store or event booth.

 

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Special-order items or custom-built equipment

  • Clearance or “final sale” items

  • Software, download codes, or licenses once opened/activated

  • Items showing damage, misuse, or excessive wear

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original form of
    payment.

  • Refunds typically appear on your account within 5–7 business days after processing.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
