You may return most items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the product is:

• In unused, undamaged condition

• Returned in the original box

• Includes all original parts and packing materials
  

If the product is returned used, damaged, or incomplete, a 25% restocking fee will apply, along with additional charges for missing items.

Please note: Due to hygiene concerns, headphones are not returnable.
