Returns & Sales Policy

All Sales Are Final

Purchases are final sale and are not returnable, except for warranty service and replacement under each manufacturer's warranty, and Angry Audio products as described below.

 

Angry Audio 30-Day Returns

Angry Audio products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be in the original packaging with all packaging materials and accessories, undamaged and in like-new condition. Products returned with scratches, dents or other damage are subject to a restocking fee of at least 25%. We assess the condition of every return on receipt, before any refund is issued. Radio Gearheads has final say on all refunds under this policy.

 

Built-to-Order Equipment (All Transmitters)

Transmitters and other built-to-order equipment are sold by written quote and purchase agreement.

• Payment terms: Unless credit terms have been approved in advance, a 50% deposit is due when the purchase agreement is signed. The balance is due when production is complete and must be paid before the equipment leaves the manufacturer's facility.

• Final orders: Once the purchase agreement is signed and the deposit paid, the order is final and the deposit is non-refundable.

• Lead time: The lead time on your written quote is an estimate confirmed with the manufacturer when the order is placed. Manufacturer production schedules can change, and we will keep you informed of any change to the expected ship date.

 

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply as provided by each manufacturer. Contact us and we will help you arrange warranty service.
