Shipping Policy

Lead Times

Each product page shows a typical lead time: the expected time from when your order is placed until it ships from us or the manufacturer. Transit time is separate and depends on the shipping method.

Usually ships in 3–5 business days: stocked or readily available items.
Typical lead time about 2 weeks: items shipped from regular manufacturer production.
Typical lead time about 6 weeks: transmitters and other equipment built to order.

Lead times are estimates based on current manufacturer availability and are subject to stock on hand.

If a Stock Item Will Ship Late

When we receive your order, we confirm availability and ship date with the manufacturer. If we find that a stock item cannot ship within the stated lead time, we will contact you promptly with the new expected ship date. You may then choose to (1) accept the new date, and we will ship as soon as the item is available, or (2) cancel for a full refund to your original form of payment, issued within 7 business days of your decision. If the new date slips again, we will contact you again with the same choice. This option applies to stock items only, not to built-to-order equipment.

Shipping Rates

Online orders under $200 ship for $20; orders from $200 to $1,000 ship for $30. Online orders of $1,000 or more ship free, subject to the terms below.

Free Shipping Offers

Any free-shipping offer, threshold or banner applies only to products purchased online through radiogearheads.com at the advertised price. Orders placed by quote or purchase agreement, or at any discounted, bundled or negotiated price, are not eligible for free shipping unless the written quote expressly includes it; shipping on those orders is quoted and billed separately.

Transmitters and Freight

Freight for transmitters and other built-to-order equipment is never included in online pricing. It is quoted and billed separately unless your written quote states otherwise.

Inspection and Damage

Larger items such as transmitters ship by freight. Please inspect every shipment on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Report any damage to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier.
