What is the Nautel NVLT?
The NVLT is Nautel's analog FM transmitter line from 3.5 kW to 40 kW, each with an integral digital exciter.

Can an NVLT be upgraded to HD Radio later?
Yes. Nautel offers NVLT HD upgrade kits for the low-power (3.5 to 10 kW) and high-power (15 to 40 kW) models. They require NAA61B or later power modules, are supplied through Nautel Customer Service, and the HD exporter/importer is priced separately.

Can I increase power later?
Yes. Field upgrade kits take an NV3.5LT to 5 kW, an NV7.5LT to 10 kW, an NV15LT to 20 kW and an NV30LT to 40 kW. The compact NV30LTN cannot be upgraded to 40 kW.

Is a main/alternate exciter available?
Yes. Hot-standby main/alternate exciter kits are available for both the low-power and high-power NVLT models.

What output connector does it use?
The NV3.5LT through NV10LT have a 1-5/8" EIA output, and the NV15LT through NV40LT use 3-1/8" EIA. Option kits are available for 7/8", 3-1/8" and 4-1/16" outputs.

Can I connect a parallel remote control?
Yes. An optional remote interface card provides LED status and pushbutton control of all parallel remote control lines.

Typical lead time: about 6 weeks. This transmitter is built to order and sold by written quote and purchase agreement. Lead time is confirmed with the manufacturer when your order is placed.

Terms: Unless credit terms are approved in advance, a 50% deposit is due when the purchase agreement is signed, and the balance is due before the equipment leaves the manufacturer. Once signed and the deposit is paid, the order is final and the deposit is non-refundable.

Freight: Shipped by freight, quoted and billed separately. Inspect on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
